The 2017 Miss Hong Kong pageant took place last night at the Tseung Kwan O Television City. The self confident contestant 5 Juliette Louie (Lui Chong Yi) won the crown as well as Miss Photogenic. The first runner up was contestant 1 Regina Ho Yi Ting and contestant 4 Emily Wong Wai Kei was the surprise second runner up. Contestant 10 Boanne Cheung Bo Yan with 2,144,753 votes became this year's newly added "big big channel Most Popular Miss Hong Kong Contestant". The pre race favorite contestant 5 Kelly Ng Lok Yi did not make the top three.
