The film TALES FROM THE OCCULT: BODY AND SOUL (SUT HUNG HUNG GAN ji JUI YU SAT) has entered its second week in release. Its segment CHESHIRE CAT (MAU GIP)'s actors Kevin Chu Kam Yin and Tony Wu Tsz Tung both came from the sports world but worked together for the first time. Wu Tsz Tung said that this time with the acting interaction the collaboration was very pleasant.
On the day of the shoot Wu Tsz Tung held Cecilia Choi Sze Wan captive in a bird cage. Chu Kam Yin not only just looked on, but later also fought with Wu Tsz Tung over a difference of opinions. Wu Tsz Tung said, "Originally we came up with some fight scenes, action exchanges like slapping each other, but due to the story development they were cut in the end. So I very much look forward to be able to fight more with Ah Chu in the future."
Trapped in a cage and chained up, Choi Sze Wan was hung for over a hour. In addition in the story she had to break down emotionally and scream for help, the crew worried that the shoot would be rough on the fragile looking actress. She however was enjoying the moment. "When I was hung, originally I was a little scared. Later I discovered it was very carefree and pretty fun, and on the set only I got to do that. The others didn't get to, haha!"
In the film Chu Kam Yin, Choi Sze Wan and ANSONBEAN were in a love triangle, but for this "romantic rival" Chu Kam Yin had nothing but praise. Even Wu Tsz Tung agreed. "Anson is really very cute, very full of energy. When he learned that he had a fight scene today, before it was his turn he already told the director, 'I'm ready'. This kid really is very interesting." Chu Kam Yin said that Anson would always suddenly dance. The CHESHIRE CAT team earlier visited cinemas around Hong Kong for audience appreciation events, which felt very fresh for ANSONBEAN as it was his film debut.
