Cherry Ngan Cheuk Ling, Lam Yiu Sing, Sam Lee Chan Sam, Zoe Yu Kit Ying, Ben Yuen Fu Wa, Ng Siu Hin and others yesterday attended the production start ceremony of the Leung Hung Wa and Chan Tung Ming co-directed new film NGOR YA SI (ME TOO) at the former North Kowloon Magistracy. The film would be based on a 2017 real story. Lam Yiu Sing would play sex criminal with a personality and an obsessive-compulsive disorder and a 10 year long criminal history. In the end he would be arrested while attempting to rape Yu Kit Ying. Yu Kit Ying was nervous about her first movie. "We communicated long ago about how to shoot the rape scene, without any nudity. (Are you afraid of Lam Yiu Sing?) We have worked together on a music video before, at the time it was very sweet. This time we would have no intimate scene, I would have never guessed that for my first movie I would play such a heavy role. (Did you ask your sister Jennifer Yu for advice?) No, let her rest a little." She also revealed that her sister's expectant date would be in October.
Lam Yiu Sing in the film sexually violated many people. He said that the story would not be excessive so the shoot would not be awkward. The most difficult would not be the "action scenes" but expressing the character's personality disorder and OCD. He reveal that he had a little OCD. "I have to use two squares of toilet paper, with smaller gestures like slapping my thigh, I have to count to even number before I would willingly stop."
Ngan Cheuk Ling was very happy to play the psychologist who would evaluate Lam Yiu Sing's criminal psychology, because she was interested in psychology. During the pandemic she even worked hard to be accepted into the university psychology department, but later due to work she did not have time to be a full time student. If in the future she would have to take make up tests she would have no problem.
