The film LOVE LIES (NGOR TAM DIK NA CHEUNG LUEN OI) two nights ago shot on location at the Central pier. Star Sandra Ng Kwan Yu had to run back and forth on the pedestrian walkway. Peter Chan Ho Sun, their daughter Jillian Chan Si Ji and niece Natalie Hsu (Hui Yan Yi, Ann Bridgewater (Pak On Nei)'s daughter) visited the set. Because it was Duen Ng Festival Eve, Kwan Yu not only had the support of her family from their set visit but also celebrated the holiday earlier.

Kwan Yu in the film would play a gynecologist. On this day she would wear a doctor's surgical gear and sneakers to run back and forth on a Central overpass. Shooting in the high heat and scorching sun, Kwan Yu joked that since getting up and going to the bathroom this morning she has not stopped sweating. "Actually I am a little worried too, luckily I have been running normally." Kwan Yu was shooting on the busy streets and attracted fans to ask her for pictures. Both fans happened to be nurses, which matched rather well with Kwan Yu's doctor gear. Kwan Yu also pointed out that shooting in 34 degree Celsius temperature indeed has been rough, luckily she felt very sweet inside. Aside from Peter Chan Ho Sun and Jillian, the family of three of Peter's sister also just arrived from Los Angeles and visited the set. Seeing the family showing their support, Kwan Yu said that this day's effort had a price. She also said that she has been rather happy that this Duen Ng Festival the family would be able to get together. When she saw her family's support, their passion has already melted her right away. "When they arrived I really had 'chills to the heart'; but since it was too hot, after standing for awhile they said that they wanted to leave."

Since the family was on the set, Kwan Yu invited her daughter and niece Natalie to guest star in the crowd. However since it was too hot, Jillian took less than 15 seconds before turning Mommy down. She joked that she would rather enjoy the air conditioning at the shopping center. Kwan Yu joked, "I told her I would pay her 100 bucks, but she still said don't bother. She stood for half a hour and left." Aside from Kwan Yu's family, Natalie also treated everyone to cold beverages out of her own pocket while visiting the set. Kwan Yu praised how nice her niece was.
