[2010.07.29] JENNIFER TSE PREFERS MOVIE OVER MONEY

Jennifer Tse Ting Ting was already in trouble on the first day of her first film BRUCE LEE. Reportedly she was unfamiliar with the script and had frequent bad takes, and because she was in a rush to her date she rushed the production. Ting Ting yesterday defended herself on the radio. She honestly admitted that her boyfriend Andy On Chi Kit was keeping her company in Guangzhou, she was very nervous on her first day and kept him away from the set. She also said that she only worked on 3 hours on her first day. Thus after work she was still reluctant to leave, hoping to stay and watching other actors' performance.

Ting Ting also said that before the film started production the script and the production date were changed many times, but each time the script changed, her friend would read the script to her so she would be prepared. she also said that when she was in school, she definitely would finish her homework before the test because she did not like to go to a test without knowing anything. Why would she not read the script then? In addition on her first day she worked on a scene in which Aarif Rahman (Lee Chi Ting) followed her. It had no dialogue. The director only asked her to walk like a commercial shoot. After the shoot the director even complimented on her marks and did not complain about numerous bad takes.

Reportedly she used the production's car to visit Guangzhou with her boyfriend. She said aside from work she did not leave the hotel, not to mention visiting Guangzhou. She guessed that because she was Patrick Tse Yin and Deborah Li (Dik Bor Lai)'s daughter, everyone thought that she had the princess syndrome. She also said that LEE was her first so right now the film came before everything else. She would rather make less money to focus on her acting.
