TVB yesterday transferred almost 1,000 copies of movies from the 30s to the 90s to the Hong Kong Film Archive for permanent storage. A transfer ceremony took place. Lee Heung Kam, Tam Bing Man, Wu Fung, Law Lan, Lee Tim Sing, Michael Tse Tin Wa, Myolie Wu Hung Yi, Mak Cheung Ching and others attended and shared their experience on stage. Sister Kam was the classic villain. She said that at first when she learned to play a villain she thought that as long as she was evil on the surface it was enough, but later she realized that there was a difference between "before and after evil".
Tin Wa said that he grew up on Cantonese films and hoped that one day he would have the honor to leave something for future generations. Speaking of TVB in order to make certain nominees' chances better showing their ads and photos on the online poll, Tin Wa said that he was busy with his film and has not have the time to begin an online strategy. He joked, "I may not even have time to hand out flyers. I think it's time to call back online supporters of Laughing from two years ago, tell them that Laughing has been resurrected. It's time to show his potential."
