The film TO THE FORE (POR FUNG) shot on location in Taiwan and Hong Kong. A major scene was shot in the Tseung Kwan O Hong Kong Velodrome. To protect the cyclists, all users must first pass the Hong Kong cycling association test for Velodrome Track Pass before they could train and shoot there. Thus, the actors including Eddie Peng Yu-Yen, Shawn Dou Xiao, Wang Luodan, Choi Si-Won and Andrew Lin Hoi all arrived early in Hong Kong for a variety of training like riding in designated lanes, obstacle course, and team order change. Finally on the Mid Autumn Festival Eve, Peng Yu-Yen, Dou Xiao, Wang Luodan and Lin Hoi all received the Hong Kong Velodrome issued Trace Pass, which they all said that was the most commemoration of their months of tough training.
After a few days of shooting after the test, the actors' certificated finally were officially released. Peng Yu-Yen, Dou Xiao, Wang Luodan very happily accepted them. They also posed for photos with their documents. Peng Yu-Yen said, "After working hard for such a long time, finally we have something that proves our abilities." Wang Luodan even excited asked the actors on hand for photos together. "We all make a handsome pose like cops showing their badges in the movies." After completing some of the Hong Kong shoot, the team will head to Italy, Korea and Mainland to continue the shoot.
