In the Kearen Pang Sau Wai directed, Teresa Mo Shun Kwan, Keung To, Jer Lau Ying Ting starred Emperor Motion Picture MAMA'S AFFAIR (AH MA YAU JOR DAI YI GOR), Sister Mo humbly said that she had pressure from acting opposite two film newcomers Keung To and Jer. In the film sister Mo showed her Best Actress skills. She not only kept her part in mind but also shouldered the duty of leading the two new actors into character. She pointed out that whether in acting or singing, rhythm was very important. She was very pleased with the scene in which all three of them dined together.
MAMA's was Keung To's film debut. He said, "At Ms. Pang Sau Wai's classroom, I learned that she wanted to make a story about a delivery boy turning into a star. I have been a delivery boy. This character would make me feel like I went back to the past. I could relate to the scene when I met Sister Mo at the cafe. In this environment I could very easily get into character. I really miss the feeling of delivering meals to customers!"
Jer revealed that when he got the script he was both excited and nervous. The challenge came from the character. As he had to go through time and played an 18 year old secondary school student, he inevitably was a little worried. Fortunately he had a natural baby face, after switching his hairstyle he seemed to return to the past. In addition, director Pang Sau Wai in order to promote communication between Sister Mo and Jer arranged for them to stay at a hotel to build their mother and son bond. They chatted and had breakfast together, hence their relationship was much closer.
