[2022.07.06] POLLY LAU IS SUPER NERVOUS ABOUT WORKING WITH JACKY CHEUNG AND NICHOLAS TSE

Once a participant in the ViuTV reality talent show KING MAKER III, new comer Polly Lau Yeuk Bo just finished two movies CUSTOMS FRONTLINE (HOI GUAN JIN SIN) and READY OR KNOT 2 (BUT YUT SING FUN 2). In CUSTOMS she even worked with many Best Actor and Best Actress elders. Polly said that when she first saw the elders she was very nervous. "I had less scenes with Brother (Jacky Cheung) Hok Yau and Brother (Francis Ng) Chun Yu, I had the most with Brother (Nicholas Tse) Ting Fung." From what she saw on the set, Ting Fung truly was very professional. "In one scene he sat inside the car and had to perform a very fast move, which was pretty dangerous. He was very smooth. Although he was a little bruised, he kept going. This is what we as the younger generation have to learn. No matter how tough it is, we have to be tougher, don't stop until after the take." Aside from Ting Fung, Sister Mai Suet (Michelle Yim) also took great care of her. "For example when we had to shoot a car chase scene, Sister Mai Suet would teach me how to express it with body language. We moved toward the same direction. She was very attentive. I sensed that she was someone who was willing to help the younger generation. She knew I had less film experience so she would share more production experience with me, like how to adjust to the camera, lighting, from her I learned a lot."
