Johnne To Kei Fung in the film SEPTET (CHUT YUN LOK DUI) segment BONANZA (PIN DEI WONG GUM). Also the producer, To sir through this film saluted the film era movies. To Sir with dark humor looked back at the rise and fall of the Hong Kong stock market, talked about everywhere in Hong Kong were investment opportunities to get rich from. Everyone wanted to get rich, but how many were actually able to? He joked that he was a good example. "Once upon a time in Hong Kong opportunities to get rich were all over the place, but I couldn't grasp it each time. I don't know how many chances to build wealth I missed out on, because I am still upset about it, I made this story."
Tony Wu Tsz Tung, Ng Wing Sze and Tsui Ho Cheong (Fat Cheong) was very happy to be able to work with To Sir. They said that although it was a short film, it was rather difficult. Aside from the highly demanding To Sir, the entire story was mainly took place inside a cafe. It relied on emotions and chemistry and spark from mutual exchanges to support and drive the plot, so it was very challenging and required awareness in every shot. Fat Cheong said, "Luckily the story is everyday enough, many friends often talk about stocks, investments, dreams of getting rich so during the shoot I tried to perform in the way of everyday chats about big money schemes with friends." As fellow post 90s they came in contact with the old fashioned ticker tape machines for the first time, which was interesting to them.
