Media Asia film A BEAUTIFUL LIFE's director Andrew Lau Wai Keung yesterday led actors Shu Qi, Liu Ye, Tian Liang and Feng Jiaying to the Beijing press conference. Liu Liang who rarely sang even performed with Director Lau, who has been in a band since his school days. They sang the theme song. Ivana Wong Yuen Chi also flew to Beijing to perform the song MISSED THE ADDRESS.

Shu Qi in the film would play a mother. The host asked her whether she definitely would have a child in real life. She said, "I feel Liu Ye's child is very cute, but I don't know. Nothing is absolute in the world, maybe some would feel having a child is a road that a woman must go through. However sometimes the incomplete, flawed beauty is not bad either. I really haven't thought much about it, just let it be!"

Just becoming a father, Liu Ye around a week after his wife's ultrasound had to work on Shu Qi's prenatal examination scene. He said, "When I saw the baby moving on the display, the feeling truly was very touching. I truly brought this feeling into the film." The host asked if Shu Qi's pregnancy had a problem, would Liu Ye protect the adult or the child? He humorously said, "I would first ask whether (the child) is a boy or a girl." Shu Qi immediately hit her and he changed his tune. "No, no, I was joking. I definitely would protect the adult, because with the green mountain remaining, who would worry about the lack of firewood?" Shu Qi was so mad she did not know whether to laugh or cry.
