The Peter Chan Ho Sun directed, Leon Lai Ming and Maggie Cheung Man Yuk starred film COMRADES ALMOST A LOVE STORY (TIM MUK MUK) 17 years ago was selected for a global premiere at the 70th Venice Film festival's Best Film of Venezia Classics as a confirmation of this film's artistic achievement and Chan Ho Sun's recognition on the international film stage. To bring brilliance back to the classic, the event invited famous Italian film copy restoration company L'Immagine Ritrovata to restore the film.
