Nick Cheung Ka Fai in the Emperor Motion Picture THAT DEMON WITHIN (MOR GAING) played "ghost king gang" mastermind Hon Kong who led a group of evil robbers. The vicious Ka Fai was severely injured in a fire fight with the police and still looked for treatment alone with dominance. Ka Fai felt that this character was exactly like a demon, not only eradicating his conscience but also his fellow gang members.
In a forest chase scene, Ka Fai appeared to take care of Daniel Wu (Ng Yin Cho), who was chasing "ghost king gang" member Leung Cheuk Moon. Ng Yin Cho and Leung Cheuk Moon had a lot of action scenes. Ka Fai in the end bid Leung Cheuk Moon a "final farewell" with a big metal hoe. That hoe was very heavy. When Ka Fai wielded it he coordinated the physical action with the even tempered expression. After he killed he presented a sick smile, displaying his completely merciless side.
After this scene, even director Dante Lam Chiu Yin who has worked with Ka Fai for many years was frightened. "I have known him for so many years, and I don't know he can be so vicious! Actually Ka Fai's scene isn't too long, but each time the power from him is very strong." With few scenes with Ka Fai, Ng Yin Cho also said that in this scene he experienced Ka Fai's excellent acting.
In addition, THAT DEMON WITHIN yesterday held a film premiere in Beijing. Ng Yin Cho and Ka Fai made faces at the event for fun. The organizer also prepared Ng Yin Cho's topless scene from the film, much to the benefit of female fans. This god in the film kept whipping himself bloody out of guilt. To play a severe depression patient, Ng Yin Cho even lost 30 pounds. Ka Fai pointed out that this performance was very hardcore. He had to save it to watch again but also had to keep his daughter from seeing it. Ka Fai also joked that he has already asked Director Lam for bed scenes with Ng Yin Cho, Ng Yin Cho actually said he would not mind.
