Miriam Yeung Chin Wa, Gigi Leung Wing Kei and director Pang Ho Cheung two nights ago attended forums at two schools and discussed ABERDEEN (HEUNG GONG JAI) with the students.
Each forum had over 200 students. At the first school, student representatives asked questions. A female student was the host and was very nervous. Director Pang comforted her. "Don't be so nervous." The host was so nervous that she was shaking, making the atmosphere a little tense. Luckily they had a light exchange and settled down the atmosphere.
The trio then went to a second school and the atmosphere was much more relaxed. The host was rather lively, often claiming to be Chin Wa's fan and being proud to be close to Chin Wa. Finally when the host asked the audience for questions, a teacher raised a hand and felt very honored that the trio was able to attend the forum at the school. The teacher also talked about participating in the whale scene in ABERDEEN as one of the extras. Chin Wa and others could not help but laugh. The director also had a little fun at the expense of the teacher, "No wonder, at the time I thought some of the extras' performance was too bad so I cut it from that scene."
Pang Ho Cheung, Yeung Chin Wa and Anthony Wong Yiu Ming yesterday attended a Beijing China Media University student forum. Wong Yiu Ming's film theme song DESTINATION music video was premiered but had an accident. Later in the music video it became the karaoke version. Host Mickey Huang thought that this was Brother Ming's electronic music specialty and did not dare to confirm whether it was a version error. He even joked that he did not know music so he did not dare to speak up. Brother Ming was a little embarrassed but he joked, "The version is very special!" Before the forum ended, the event again played the complete version.
