Michelle Yeoh (Yeung Chi King) yesterday attended a shoe event. Speaking of her good friend Isabella Leong Lok Si's break up with Richard Li Jat Kai, she thought that her happiness was the most important. She also revealed that earlier she had a chance to meet with Myanmar democracy movement leader Aung San Suu Kyi.

Yeung Chi King just returned from Thailand to Hong Kong. She stayed in Thailand for three months mainly for the Luc Besson directed film THE LADY. In it she played Aung San Suu Kyi. The film will also shoot in Oxford, England and Paris, France and will be released in October.

Yeung Chi King pointed out that when the production neared its end, she finally had the chance to meet Aung San Suu Kyi. She was very interested in meeting her and felt like she was her aunt. She knew that many people who wanted to meet her were turned down, so she was particularly excited. On the day of the meeting, she talked about her days without freedom. She pointed out that she was a honest and direct person and sensed that she missed her son very much.

What did she feel she had in common with Aung San Suu Kyi? Yeung Chi King pointed out that aside from looks, they also had the same height. She pointed out that she was very polite and smart with her words. She was not weak, she was very tough and very talented. She also said that she has seen her films and her son was her fan.

In addition, Leong Lok Si earlier announced her break up with Li Jat Kai. Isabella was rumored to be making a film comeback. Yeung Chi King said that she did not want a break up for any of her friends. She pointed out that Isabella is such a big girl she should know what she was doing. Most importantly she was happy and knew how to take care of herself. She definitely would wish her well. Would she agree with her comeback? She said that this was a personal affair and she would leave it up to her to talk about.
