The 2nd LeTV Entertainment Awards took place two nights ago in Beijing. Over 100 film and television stars like Lau Ching Wan, Sun Honglei, Twins, Wen Zhang, Cherrie Ying Choi Yi, Li Xiaolu and Jia Ailiang attended. Lau Ching Wan received the Hong Kong Taiwan Best Movie Actor. His film with Danny Pang Fat, the new release next month FAIRY TALE KILLER (JUI HUNG), received the most anticipated new film award.
The highlight of the evening was Jia Ailiang's marriage proposal to Li Xiaolu, who screamed emotionally, "Simply happy! The only word is happiness." Li Xiaolu praised Jia Ailiang as very solid and thanked him for such a "marriage proposal", which left her with a beautiful memory. As for the wedding ring, Jia Ailiang did not reveal its price. According to some the diamond ring was at least five karat and worth around 7 figures. After marriage of course he hoped to have the next generation, would Jia Ailiang like a boy or a girl? He said, "I used to want a boy because a boy would play with Papa. Later, more friends had daughters andI thought that's not bad either! A pigeon pair would be great!" The couple also touched Annie Wu (Ng Sun Kwan) two nights ago. She herself will wed in June, with Ruby Lin (Lam Sum Yu) as her bridesmaid.
