  This is a true story that happened in a South Korean school for the deaf.

  Since 2000, the principle and several teachers cruelly abused and sexually violated the handicapped students aged between 7 to 22 in the school and were not discovered until five years later. Yet due to the South Korean justice system loophole they avoid the penalties that they deserve with unreasonably light sentences. The media widely reported the matter to the shock of the nation and the case is retried recently.

  The fact that angers people: the teacher who sexually violated students are still teaching in that school.

  At a high school where Akana Aikawa works as a teacher, a rumor exists of a video. The video is purported to show someone committing suicide.  Then Akane Aikawa’s student Noriko kills herself. During that time, more suspicious deaths occur one after another. The police concludes that the deaths are suicides. What the police miss is that a key element exists in all of the students’ deaths. All of them watched a video before they died. Akane Aikawa now holds the key to the revival of Sadako and must defeat her once and for all...

  For Cho, a bounty hunter for whom no job is too small, his line of work is one that puts him in touch with all manner of strange people, and that's very much in evidence in his newest case. When a reward is placed for the capture of fugitive Lee Kin-fai, who's said to be hiding on an island off Hong Kong, Cho heads to the quiet locale and takes a room at a small hotel, the Lazy Inn, run by housekeeper and astrology columnist Linda and an intensely meddlesome manager.

  Obstructing Cho's attempts at finding his target is the general weirdness of the locals. The lodge's manager and Linda appear to be father and daughter, though the man's denials cloud the situation; word gets out that Lee, wherever he is, has fallen for Linda; and the small-time hoodlums of the local Biting Sugar Cane Gang are making things difficult with their triad-style theatrics. Soon enough, it seems Cho doesn't just need to catch his man, but also has to clear up family woes and tackle island crime as well. - Tim Youngs
