The Stephen Chow Sing Chi directed MERMAID (MEI YUN YU) earlier started production in Shenzhen. The troubled Mainland star Kitty Zhang Yuqi appeared on the set and reunited with Sing Yeh. From the photos they seemed to be having fun, as they swept away all their old grudges! Zhang Yuqi once was the "Sing Girl" and even starred in CJ7. Later she joined Sing Yeh's company until 2010 when she suggested contract termination and went to court. Earlier when Sing Yeh was being criticized, Zhang Yuqi supported him. This collaboration basically made up for the past. Her character would be unexpected as a villain and a woman of power!
