Denise Ho Wan Si's album RECOLLECTION remembered her mentor Anita Mui Yim Fong by singing Ah Mui's classic hits. The royalty will be donated to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. Yesterday would have been Ah Mui's 50th birthday. Ah Si uploaded her "photo" with her mentor on the record cover, the work of photo realist artist Dru Blair. It took two months and six figures to produce.

Ho Wan Si wrote, "Although my voice alone completed the record, but the songs at the same time had the souls of two people. The cover shouldn't just be me. Time did not stop when you passed away 10 years ago, your spirit forever remains. Bringing back memory with art, we all remember the generation of youthful beauty."

During the production Ah Si shed many tears due to setbacks, but at her moments of helplessness she always had a force that pulled her up and protected her. This record was the best birthday gift for Ah Mui. "In the past I would try to avoid singing her songs in public, but this year is the 10th anniversary of her passing. At this special moment I remember her with this record, in hopes of young people coming into contact with the classic songs of the past." She said that song selections and how to perform Ah Mui's classics were rather difficult.
