The film KICK ASS ANGELS (BAU 3 CHIU GIU WA)'s theme song PREHISTORIC WEAPON (YUEN CHI MO HEI) has Sammi Cheng Sau Man as its performer. Director Cheuk Wan Chi gave special thanks to Cheng Sau Man for lending a hand and offering to sing the theme song for the film. Ah Chi for the rare occasion that Sammi agreed to "lend her voice" tailored the film theme song for her, as she hoped to work together further in the future.
The new film that Ah Chi was planning would be a romantic comedy. She said that she would very likely work with Sammi, who was an outstanding actress. Rich with comedy cells, Sammi also had an exciting love life. During the script writing she hoped to invite Sammi to share. This was Ah Chi's first film as a director. She said that her directing dream has already been fulfilled, thus she had no pressure. Lead actress Chrissie Chau Sau Na said that this year has been very fulfilling as she made different types of films. KICK was an action film, which was a new attempt for her.
