Film industry new comers Jessie Li (Chun Xia) and Michael Ning (Bak Ji) yesterday with the film PORT OF CALL (DAP HUET CHUM MUI) won the 22th Hong Kong Film Critic Society Awards for Best Actor and Best Actress. The film even won the Best Picture. Director Philip Yung Chi Kwong wept tears of joy. Chun Xia said that she would like play a homosexual character, exploring a life that she normally would not live through the performance. Reporters jokingly asked if after working with Bak Ji she was afraid of men? She said, "I used to be afraid of men, but Bak Ji treated me very well and took great care of me. The feeling is like seeing each other again years after a divorce."

Speaking of the Hong Kong Film Award Best Actress and Best New Performer nominations, Chun Xia sated that she was not confident about winning Best Actress. Her Best Actress rival Sylvia Chang (Cheung Ngai Ga) felt that actors should perform well, but they would rely on luck to win awards. In addition, Hong Kong Film Award Best Supporting Actor nominee Bak Ji said that he was very happy to be nominated with his good friend Louis Cheung Kai Chung.
