The Tsui Hark directed DETECTIVE DEE AND THE MYSTERY OF THE PHANTOM FLAME (DIK YUN KIT ji TUNG TIN DAI GOK) held its global premiere in Venice on the 5th. He and actors Andy Lau Tak Wa, Li Bingbing, Carina Lau Ka LIng and Deng Chao arrived one after another. Wa Jai and Li Bingbing left from Hong Kong together. Although the flight was long, they appeared to be very spirited. When they left the gates a lot of reporters flocked to them. The media blocked the gates and made walking difficult. Wa Jai continuously took care of Li Bingbing's director and urged her to be careful in a very attentive way. For his first Venice Film Festival, Wa Jai was very excited about the first water taxi and kept taking pictures on the boat.

Two nights ago Bingbing and Wa Jai appeared at the Chek Lap Kok Airport to head to Venice. With sunglasses Bingbing honestly said that they would like for the movie to win an award, in particular for Director Tsui Hark to win an individual prize. Fashion wise, Bingbing said that
she received several sponsors' support. The clothing would not only be sexy but also have her personal style. When asked whether Bingbing would hold hands with Wa Jai on the red carpet, she said that she has not discussed with Wa Jai yet. Later she will meet with him to talk about the red carpet details. Wa Jai appeared half a hour after Bingbing entered the gate. Several dozen fans came to see him off. Wa Jai said that he only brought three suits from the sponsors and did not plan to wear jewelry. As for Bingbing wanting to hold his hand down the red carpet, he said that he awaited the company's arrangement.
