The Stephy Tang Lai Yan and Jasper Liu starred romantic suspense film AS IT BURNS (BAK JAU YU FUN) earlier participated in 3 film festivals in a month, including the London East Asia Film Festival, the Golden Rooster Hundred Flower Film Festival and the Fukuoka Rising Sun International Film Festival. Early this month the film also held preview shows that were sold out. Industry insiders after watching the film all thought Stephy would have a chance at a Hong Kong Film Awards Best Actress nomination next year.
The film's trailer was released yesterday. Stephy and Jasper Liu after the sweetness ran into relationship crisis. In the trailer Jasper Liu was in tears but Stephy appeared tough. Stephy revealed that exploring the character was a process of finding love, while Jasper Liu pointed out that during the performance he was in constantly tense state.
