The 4th New Era International Film Festival Golden Yanghu Awards ceremony took place two nights ago in Macau. Gardner Tse Kwan Ho with the film A GUILTY CONSCIENCE (DUK SIT DAI JONG) won Best Supporting Actor, and Kenneth Ma Kwok Ming and Samantha Ko Hoi Ning presented the award. Bowie Lam Bo Yi received the most charming actor, while Siqin Gowa received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Tse Kwan Ho said that this year has been a year he has been very grateful for. He said, "I have received 3 honors, now I won this award. It would be a New Year present." Tse Kwan Ho had a great harvest this year, his performance early in the year in A GUILTY CONSCIENCE became the highest grossing Hong Kong film in Hong Kong box office history. In October he received the Chinese Theatre Awards Best Actor and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts honorary fellow. This year he won the Best Supporting Actor as his achievement has been recognized.
The Tse Kwan Ho, Ivana Wong Yuen Chi, and Leung Chung Hang starred play SKYLIGHT would begin its run next week. In 2024 he would have TABLE FOR SIX 2 (FAN HEI GUNG SUM 2) on the slate. He said that the most important would be having the audience's support. He felt happy and also thankful.
