The film IP MAN JUNG GIK YUT JIN (IP MAN THE FINAL BATTLE) started production in Foshan. Its actors Anthony Wong Chau Sun, Gillian Chung Yun Tung, Anita Yuen Wing Yi and Rose Chan Ka Wun attended the ceremony. This film also has Eric Tsang Chi Wai, Huang Yi, Kevin Cheng Ka Wing and Ip Man's eldest son Ip Chun in a guest performance.
Ah Gil arrived in Foshan and was excited about the news that Hong Kong Olympic cyclist Lee Wai Sze won a bronze medal. In the film she had action scenes and had to fight with Ken Low Wai Kwong. She joked that she was somewhat afraid from just thinking about it as his arms were thicker than her thighs.
Wong Chau Sun studied Hung Kuen and recently has been practicing Wing Chun. Chau Sun joked that he was convinced to take this role when he was drunk, perhaps this will be his final martial art film. He appreciated the set's Hong Kong set the most, as it was very realistic and nostalgic. Yuen Wing Yi played Ip man's wife. Len Len said that she would play an ordinary housewife who did not know kung fu, which she would make up for with expression and acting.
