The Ringo Lam Lan Tung directed film WILD CITY (MAI SING) yesterday held a Hong Kong Film and Television Market press conference. Actors Louis Koo Tin Lok, Joseph Chang, Shawn Yue Man Lok, Simon Yam Tat Wa, Michael Tse Tin Wa and Tong Liya attended. The director was busy with the script and did not attend. Yam Tat Wa jokingly described the director as "inhuman" and joked that his nickname was "father of cruelty".

Goo Jai attended many events at the FilMart. He explained that because he was the Film Festival ambassador. Currently he has three films in production and more in negotiation for the second half of the year. Has he been investing in his films? He said that he had no comment about investing. In recent years that he has been investing in film, food, fashion, he seemed to want to become a film tycoon like Andy Lau Tak Wa. Goo Jai said that he would not respond to anything other than his role as an actor.

Yam Tat Wa called the director "inhuman". Goo Jai said, "Sigh! He isn't inhuman, he just has a lot of stunts that he wants you to perform." He admitted that he was truly scared during a chopping scene. Although the blade has been dull, its chop still would cause damage. In another scene, a car crashed into a bus then into a tunnel. He had to personally perform the stunt because the director wanted realism. Did he increase his insurance coverage? He laughed and said of course.

Goo Jai lately has also been working on 3D FUNG SUN BONG (3D INVESTITURE OF GODS). He said that he did not know about Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi's termination and replacement until he read about it in the newspaper. Did he feel that Pak Chi had emotional problems? He said, "I won't comment about other actors." He said that he has always been working alone. Speaking of Pak Chi mocking him, Goo Jai had no comment. Yue Man Lok said that when his friends learned that he was working with Lam Lan Tung, they urged him to be careful. He said that the director actually was very afraid of injuries. He was not as terrifying as the outside made him out to be. Sometimes in the middle of the night he would call him and Goo Jai to chat with them. Goo Jai said that he increased his insurance coverage, Lok Jai joked that the insurance company probably would not cover them. He pointed out that the director paid attention to safety. Everyone has been talking about working together again.
