Sean Lau Ching Wan, Alex Fong Chung Shun and Gordon Lam Ka Tung promoted OVERHEARD 3 (SIT TING FUNG WON 3). Ching Wan said that in the film they along with Dominic Lam Ka Wa and Louis Koo Tin Lok were originally on the same line to defend their walled village homes. Later because developers planned to develop their land, they felt that working on their own would be more suitable and in the end they each fought to benefit themselves. The story revolved around Hong Kong real estate, high prices, high land value and other problem development. Ching Wan pointed out that OVERHEARD's subject was interesting, but the goal was not to air grievances of the little people. He pointed out that OVERHEARD in the end wanted to express that Hong Kong people worked hard to live, but before the world advanced fast and the society developed rapidly the people could not stop them. In the end they lost a lot of important things and ended up with a sad ending.

Although the subject was sensitive, Ching Wan said that the characters were not reflections of anyone. Ching Wan said, "The story was attractive, Koo Tin Lok originally was my friend. Later he took the wrong path. Ng Yin Cho (Daniel Wu) played a surveillance expert." Fong Chung Shun in the film had the most outstanding costume. Fong Chung Shun said, "My costume resembled the Beatles. I always wanted such a look. Some couldn't even recognize me. I always wanted to leave my hair this long, but I don't have enough time. In the wig I am still pretty happy." Lam Ka Tung said that in the film the five brothers all had their own ideas and took what they needed. "The five aside for money also fought over love."

Ching Wan said that Zhou Xun, Michelle Ye (Yip Shuen) were added as adjustment between the men. Did he feel always working on men films to be monotonous? Ching Wan joked, "Yes, I am always teaming with Koo Tin Lok! Hahaha! However every time I work with different directors and teams. Men film productions are relaxed and fun, unlike talking to girls when I can't be loud." Lam Ka Tung agreed with discovering more actresses. "I want to work with new faces, Hong Kong indeed doesn't have many actresses."

Ching Wan hoped to make more optimistic and light films for the audience to have more choices. He said, "People can relax a little instead of too many deaths. Because the society already has many unhappy news, I don't want too many sad and tragic films. Can characters not die? Give them a chance to live! OVERHEARD 3 is very heavy, in the end everyone is heartbroken."
