The Michael Hui Koon Man starred film GODSPEED (YUT LO SHUN FUNG) last night held its premiere. Michael's wife, son See Wai, daughter See Hung and her husband, nephew Ryan Hui Wai Yun and his wife all showed their support. Friends like Miriam Yeung Chin Wa and Elaine Lok Yi Ling also attended.

Michael earlier did not win the Golden Horse Best Actor award. He admitted that since the film was a comedy he was not too confident. Yet before the race he became the 99% favorite. 5 minutes before the result the host Matilda Tao even asked him about being the favorite. He said at the time, "Favorites usually would be disappointed, like England leaving the EU, even Trump was elected and C.Y. Leung would not run for another term!" Michael said that he was not too disappointed about not winning the Golden Horse Best Actor, since the film award was based on the jury's experience. Actually he was already very happy being the final five nominees out of 500 films.

As for the next Chief Executive, Michael said that all of Hong Kong is guessing who would be next. Yet most of the polls of the entire world are inaccurate. Instead the least favorite, the least talked about one might win. Michael said, "What Hong Kong people want is the same as the central government, for that person to be able to settle Hong Kong's conflict. However this would be very hard to do. Because people trust each other less and less, only when they vote in secret would they tell the truth! Actually now the entire world is like this, ultimately whoever can reduce conflict is our hope!"

Chin Wa came to support Michael. She sad that he was an elder well worth respecting. When they worked together early on she was still very inexperienced, not yet mature with her grasp of the character. Thus she hoped to be able to work with Michael again and set off new spark. Chin Wa is wrapping up the film LOVE OFF THE CUFF (CHUN GIU GAU JI MING). She hoped that the film series would continue on. It was also rare that ths series made three films in seven years.
