Wong Kar Wai and director Zhang Jiajia yesterday led Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Takeshi Kaneshiro (Gum Sing Mo), Eason Chan Yik Shun, Lynn Xiong (Hung Doi Lam), Sandrine Pinna (Cheung Yung Yung), Du Juan to promote the film SEE YOU TOMORROW (BAI DOH YUN) in Beijing. The CHUNG KING EXPRESS team of Wong Kar Wai, Leung Chiu and Gum Sing Mo reunited after 22 years, Wai Jai and Gum Sing Mo have already become mature gods. Speaking of his character, Wai Jai said, "In the film I am very mischievous, Du Juan is the perfect person in my heart!" Yesterday he demonstrated how he would get a girl. The most basic was to give 100 stems of roses, with Wai Jai they should probably be irresistibly charming; but Wong Kar Wai rejected the idea from the audience. He revealed that this scene took half a night to shoot. Because he wanted the sentiments from 10 years ago, Wai Jai's flower presentation should be more aloof. Gum Sing Mo admitted to be innocent. He said, "My character is very pure. In my world I have no former, only the only one. I am completely different from Leung Chiu Wai's character!"

Wong Kar Wai said that SEE YOU TOMORROW was scheduled for a holiday release not for the money grab at the box office; but he hoped that at the end of the year as everyone was looking back, the audience would remember at this year's low point who offered you a cup of tea and a shoulder; one day he hoped that you would become "ferryman" for others.

Director Zhang Jiajia said that Gum Sing Mo's story represented first love, Chan Yik Shun represented the current relationship, Leung Chiu Wai's story represented a fairy tale. He hoped that every viewer after laughing and crying with the leads would be able to honestly face their past unpleasantness and go forward with ease. Hopefully SEE YOU TOMORROW would be able to bring everyone the courage to live.
