The 68th Venice Film Festival opened on August 31st.  Top international superstars appeared on the opening ceremony red carpet.  THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE (BAK SEH CHUEN SHUET)'s Eva Huang Shengyi appeared in a richly ethnic colored, mysterious Dzi Bead wear to become one of the brightest Chinese female stars on the evening and the focus of the media around the world.

Reportedly, Huang Shengyi's gown was named "Dzi Bead ethnic wear" from the hands of famous designer Lanyu, who wonderfully merged China's 56 ethnic traditional fashion's specialties and the rare Chinese treasure Dzi bead into one.  From the clothing to accessories as well as hair decoration everything was made in China with strong ethnic color.  Dzi Bead was a rarely seen Chinese treasure as well as the crystal of
Chinese ancient wisdom and the favorite among top collectors around the world.  With few real Dzi Bead, its market value rose daily.  Huang Shengyi thus wore over 100 million worth of Dzi Bead, each one of which was rare to the world.

Huang Shengyi would walk the red carpet three times on the trip to Venice.  Aside from the opening ceremony Dzi Bead wear, on September 3 she will walk THE SORCERER AND THE WHITE SNAKE global premiere red carpet in a shiny "international wear"; finally she will wear an  "international ethnic mix" for an international fashion label red carpet event.
