Known as the "Golden Scissors", famous editor Chow Cheung Kan last month due to cancer passed away, at the age of 62. Yesterday his funeral took place with a Christian ceremony. Chow Cheung Kan with films like AH YING (BOON YIN YUN), LOVE IN A FALLEN CITY (KING SING JUI LUEN) and FULL MOON IN NEW YORK (YUN JOI NAU YEUK) won Hong Kong Film Awards and many International Film Festival awards. In 2002 he became a Christian and joined the Creation TV Life Angel production.
Ting Yu represented the Performing Artist Guild and bid farewell to an old friend. "I have known Chow Cheung Kan for 40 years. He was pragmatic, didn't speak much but was very willing to help colleagues. When I switched to behind the scene he also gave me some advice." Ting Yu regretted Chow Cheung Kan's passing and could not help but broke down.
