Andy Lau Tak Wa two nights ago performed the 9th show of his concert series at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Two nights ago Wa Jai's guest was Kelly Chen Wai Lam. Wa Jai was rather daring when he introduced Kelly and joked that this beauty was the only woman who has been in the same bathtub as him. When Chen Wai Lam appeared, Wa Jai lovingly hummed, "I think I don't love you enough!"

After Chen Wai Lam was on stage, Wa Jai praised Kelly's figure. Then Wa Jai hoped that Kelly would accept the applause and the cheer of 12,000 people. "Today I invited you here, hoping that you in front of everyone can say a few good things about me." Kelly joked, "Good things? This concert alone isn't long enough for me to finish. Do I keep talking even though I can't go home tonight?" Wa Jai joked, "Don't worry, we have plenty of time." Kelly said that Wa Jai was great at everything in his 30 years in the business, but one thing she was a little better than Wa Jai at. Wa Jai said, "Aside from having a baby, what else are you better than me at?" Kelly said raising a son. Wa Jai said, "You are good at raising a son, I am good at raising a girl, hahaha!" Kelly asked, "Raising a girl? Let's make it clear! If you really have a girl, I immediately tell 'Shrimp Dumling Kid' to pursue your girl; but if you have a son, then I immediately try for a daughter."

Wa Jai said, "No, mine can pursue your son. When will you try for a daughter to show me? I thought your son is already this handsome, if you have a daughter......I would keep up (my looks) no matter what, then pursue your daughter." Kelly said, "If I have a daughter she will pursue your son because all he needs is to inherit one thing from me. The faithfulness alone is already extremely rare in the world. This type of men is already extinct." What Kelly said scared Wa Jai backstage as he screamed, "Ladies and gentlemen, Chen Wai Lam!" Kelly said, "He left before I even finished talking. Today originally I thought it was Wa Jai's 30th anniversary I would dedicate BIG DAY to him; but he said he really wanted to hear this song, so I rehearsed this song STAR."

LOVER'S DISCOURSE (LUEN YUN SHUI YU) will be released next week. William Chan Wai Ting and Jacky Heung Jor played the same character in the film. They looked very similar in the film. During the shoot even Mrs. Heung who visited the set almost could not tell which one was her son.

Director Derek Tsang Kwok Cheung said that as early as when the script was being written, he already had Chan Wai Ting and Heung Jor in mind. He said, "This story was 12 years apart, we thought that it had to be convincing for the audience." Although Chan Wai Ting and Heung Jor did not have any scene together, during the shoot when Chan Wai Ting was meeting Kit Chan Kit Yi Heung Jor visited the set in his costume. During break they sat across from each other and they looked like Photoshop clones; at the request of the crew, Chan Wai Ting and Heung Jor posed for many photos. After looking at them, they too thought they resembled each other a lot as if they were long lost twins.

Tsang Kwok Cheung said, "Once Mrs. Heung visited the set. On the way out she quietly said to me that Chan Wai Ting looked just like Heung Jor. She couldn't tell which one was her own son!"

THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED (YUT LO YAU NEI) tomorrow will be released in the Mainland. Two days ago a press conference was held in Beijing. It happened to be producer Derek Yee Tung Sing's birthday. Director Derek Chiu Sung Kei, Louis Koo Tin Lok, Karen Mok Man Wai, and Huang Yi secretly prepared a birthday cake, which was quite a pleasant surprise for him.

Ten years ago, Koo Tin Lok worked with Chiu Sung Kei on SEALED WITH A KISS (TIM YIN MUK YU). Ten years later, they worked together on THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED. Chiu Sung Kei said, "When Goo Jai worked on my movie, he still wasn't famous. Now he is already completely different, but his personality is just as good." He also praised Mok Man Wai's
performance as intimate and natural, which made Mok Man Wai a little emotional. Huang Yi hoped that everyone would be able to see a different Huang Yi.

Goo Jai took a gang beating in the film. Fake blood got into his eye but he still insisted on waiting until the director yelled cut before washing his eyes. He was very professional. He recalled, "In that scene a group of thugs beat me up very severely, I had a head full of rather deep wounds so a lot of blood was used. One of the make up between the temple and the cheek was closer to the eye so the more I moved the more blood got into my eye. The blood was not only irritating but also hurt so much that I could hardly open my eye. That eye at the time could not see anything at all, I could only rely on one eye to see everything around me." When asked why he did not stop the shoot to wash his eye. Goo Jai joked, "I was afraid that the second take would be the same, I might as well make this take well. I didn't want to suffer one more time."

Koo Tin Lok became a new generation film king. From the beginning of 2011 to the Lunar New Year slot he starred in many films like the upcoming THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED and the later MR. AND MRS. INCREDIBLES and ALL'S WELL ENDS WELLS 2011 (JUI KEUNG HEI SI).

In ALL'S WELL ENDS WELL 2011, Goo Jai changed his image to play a sissy make up artist and team up with Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi to grab the Lunar New Year box office. Actually they have already worked together six times so they got along well. In the film Goo Jai played make up artist Shum Mei who could not help himself but fall for assistant Cheung Pak Chi. Playing a sissy this time, Goo Jai thought it was quite refreshing. In addition Leslie Cheung Kwok Wing and Leon Lai Ming also played similar characters, it was a challenge from an actor to play a diva so it was very interesting. Goo Jai hoped to play a mental patient next time because playing more in depth characters was good for him.

Zhang Guoli joked that it only took 30 days, someone had to thank Wong Kar Wai. Normally it might take 3 months. Zhang Ziyi in the film played a martial art expert, Zhang Guoli praised her eight diagram palm in the snow scene was very pretty. Zhang Ziyi said that this scene was shot last winter. Even his health improved. Song Hye-Kyo in the film played Wai Jai's wife, but they did not stand together on the stage last night. Song Hye-Kyo joked that in the film she had to be with Wai Jai all the time in the film so she had to keep her distance. This was her first film shoot in China, she truly was pleased to be able to work with a group of such great actors. She thanked director Wong Kar Wai for his help, because at first she was not too used to it. Director Wong helped her a lot. Wong Kar Wai appeared in the end to pose for a group photo with the cast. Originally Zhang Guoli asked Wai Jai to make a kung fu pose but Wai Jai only had his hands in his pockets and played cool. He explained that he was dressed modernly so he made this pose. The actors finally sang a birthday song to celebrate Sil-Metropole's 60th year, but they looked somewhat embarrassed.

The Pang Ho Cheung produced LOVER's DISCOURSE (LUEN YUN SHUI YU) will be released in Beijing. Last night he came to celebrate. As for the upcoming LOVE IN A PUFF (JI MING YU CHUN GIU) sequel and rumors that Daniel Wu (Ng Yin Cho) joining the cast as the third party between Shawn Yue Man Lok and Miriam Yeung Chin Wa, he said that the script was still being written and the cast has not been decided. He joked that if Ng Yin Cho joined he might play Yue Man Lok's third party. Their relationship development would be even funnier. What if Chin Wa became pregnant? He joked that whether she would work with a big belly like Anita Yuen Wing Yi did with PROTEGE (MOON TOH).
