After filing a lawsuit to recover a loan from Louis Koo Tin Lok in June last year, filmmaker Alex Dong recently filed another lawsuit in the High Court to demand that the company represented by Koo Tin Lok to return more than HK$ 37 million. According to the report, Alex Dong spent money to purchase the industrial building property for Koo Tin Lok's company 10 years ago, and Koo Tin Lok's company held the property in the form of a trust. Alex Dong believed that the transaction was misleading, so he asked Koo Tin Lok's company to account for its accounts or repay more than HK$ 37 million.

The plaintiff is Alex Dong and the defendant is One Cool Property Co., Ltd. According to the petition, Alex Dong and Koo Tin Lok reached an agreement in 2014 for Dong to invest HK$ 37.06 million to assist One Cool Property in acquiring the full-floor unit on the first floor of Milkyway Building, No. 77 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, with a total purchase price of HK$ 58.65 million. According to the agreement, One Cool Property will hold the property in trust and Dong will be entitled to all ownership rights in proportion to the acquisition amount.

According to the complaint, on March 17th 2014, One Cool Property signed a provisional agreement for sale and purchase, after which Alex Dong's agency transferred HK$ 37.06 million to One Cool Property as the acquisition price of the property in Milkyway Building. Dong believed that the transfer was misled at that time, or the transaction has lapsed, so One Cool Property has to pay. Alex Dong asked the court to demand that One Cool Property to hold the unit in the form of a trust, and require One Cool Property to hand over the accounts or return the HK$ 37.06 million involved.

Looking through the information, Milkyway Building was one of the shoot location for Johnny To Kei Fung's movies PTU and EXILED (FONG. JOOK). In June last year, Alex Dong filed a lawsuit to recover money from Koo Tin Lok, saying that Koo Tin Lok proposed for him to invest in the fashion and catering business, and asked the court to declare Koo Tin Lok's company to hold shares in the form of trusts, and request the transfer of equity and accounting.
