Jeffrey Ngai Chun Sun played the role of Killer No. 4 in a mysterious organization in the movie ROAD TO VENDETTA (SAT SAU #4) for his first lead. Jeffrey said that after three auditions beforehand, he also did his homework and watched many related movies for reference; among which the movie "The Godfather" left him with the deepest impression. "Even if he sits here, he doesn't need to be deliberately fierce. Just one look would be a kind of intimidation. I really want to put that in the role of 'No. 4'."

Despite his mild mannered nice guy image, his character often had to smoke and use foul language. He also observed pedestrians on the streets. In order to create the impression of a killer, Jeffery lost 8 kilograms through diet and exercise before filming from 74 kilograms to 66 kilograms. He got up in the morning and ran for two hours, did muscle training exercises for two hours in the evening, and fasted after 6 p.m. The whole process lasted for half a year. Jeffery said, "I remember when I dropped to my thinnest I looked a little haggard. Many friends at the awards ceremony reminded me, 'Is there something wrong with your body?' They didn't know that I was going to play a killer. I didn't say much, I just said that I was staying in shape." Jeffrey admitted that the director did not ask him to lose weight. The director also trusted him very much, letting him define the role. In addition to losing weight and exercising muscles, he would also magnify his serious and calm personality by 100 times in the role. Jeffrey said with a smile, "Because I have been playing this role for too long, I became quieter and kept to myself. I used to be in a hurry and didn't spend a lot of time to think, but now I feel that being serious and calm would be a comfortable way of doing things."

Jeffrey has many action scenes in the film. He had to undergo wrestling, shooting, katana and other action training before filming started, and he said that it was a lot of fun. Was he injured? He admitted that he would not pay attention. "I'm not afraid of getting hurt. I wouldn't care, if seen on camera it would be very obvious, so I would shoot as soon as I became familiar with moves and took my place. If I got hit by someone it would be due to a bad memory. After I got hit I haven't been hurt during the filming."

Playing the leading role for the first time, Jeffrey admitted that he had no box office pressure because it was not something he could control. He believed that as the actor as long as he did his job, he would leave the result to Heaven.

Earlier he revealed that he had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHA), Jeffrey pointed out that before he realized that he had the disorder he was already used to rehearsing once after reading the script. Hence he did not need to memorize the lines. Now if he knew he would be interviewed he would take the medication in advance so his answers would be clearer. "The doctor says that actually the case is very minor, the medication improves the focus."

With a romance with Japanese star Sara Minami in the film, Jeffrey in real life is very much in love with his girlfriend. Once declared that he would wed at age 30, when would he get married? He stated that the plan has never changed, but he hoped that everyone would leave these sweet affairs to them. He would share any good news they would have. He also revealed that he would picture his next generation. "I thought it was pretty happy and felt pretty complete. (Have you thought of how you would propose?) I have run it a few times in my mid. (Do you know how your girlfriend would like the proposal to be like?) I don't need to, I would casually pick a pretty surprise for her."
