Bosco Wong Chung Chak and Louis Cheung Kai Chung played the roles of gangsters in the movie THE UNWAVERING BROTHERHOODS (JAT JIK 3). Because of all the action, they had to run from one end of the street to the other to "chop people" on a hot day; so the filming was very difficult. Wong Chung Chak joked that for TRIAD 4 they would have to run a marathon. However since they were familiar with the film's action director German Cheung Man Kit and others, the filming process was a lot of fun, and he were glad that he was not injured. Cheng Ho Nam and Tao Dai Yu praised their new generation friends for being so studious, and Wong Chung Chak worked out like crazy for the fight scenes.

Wong Chung Chak said that in the middle of the filming he mustered up the courage and asked Cheung Kai Chung to call his fitness coach for help. "When I was filming the running scene this time, I felt that I was slow out of the gate. In addition I was very thin. Earlier I even broke my leg and had cervical issues. During the pandemic I also stopped training and haven't trained for several years. I felt that I lost too many muscles before and I lost power, so I had to exercise again. Now when I am not at work I would train for 4 days in a row. Sometimes I would bump into (Ron) Ng Cheuk Hei at the gym." Cheung Kai Chung praised Wong Chung Chak for his perseverance and determination.

Has his abdominal muscles training shown any results? Wong Chung Chak joked that he would not take them out casually. Would it not be such a waste if you trained them but kept from showing them off? Wong Chung Chak joked, "Do I just casually lift up my shirt to show people? I'm not a porn star, I train in advance so when I have a project I would use them!" Cheung Kai Chung, who was in great shape, had the most experience. "When we work on action movies, we need to exercise more normally; it's not just for aesthetics. Like a car that has been out of the factory for more than 40 years, it has become a classic car and needs maintenance to stay in the condition. This time all the running and fighting in the action scenes were OK, I was able to perform them, didn't need to go to the sidelines and look for the double."

Playing the "big brothers" in the movie, Cheng Ho Nam and Tao Dai Yu praised their new generation friends for being so studious and serious during filming, unlike them in the past when they often played on set. Wong Chak Chung thanked the two seniors and even said that the work attitudes of their seniors were actually like this.

Cheung Kai Chung said with a smile, "Perhaps they are so strong that they can play, we probably shouldn't. Playing would mess up our focus. In fact, the two elders are very relaxed and don't put any pressure on us. Once they are in position, they are their characters."

Wong Chung Chak stated, "During the on-the-set script reads, when Ah Chung and I thought of some things we would add them and make some fine-tuning. The director would also be informed and join the discussion. However, this was the first time that I was praised by my seniors for being studious; playing a gangster and still be studious! Haha!" Cheung Kai Chung also laughed and said, "It's really academic to think about how to chop someone in a gang fight! The current market condition isn't easy, you can't change it after filming; so you have to get all the practice in before the shoot. In addition good has no end; we improve as we shoot, since movies are more precise than TV."

Wong Chung Chak also agreed that he should seize the opportunity to perform every scene well, so he would reduce the dialogue to make it more precise. As for adding his opinions on the set, Wong Chung Chak said, "Sometimes during on-the-set script reads we will trade dialogues, or say a line for another to show the brotherhood more. Even when rehearsing with Brother Mark, he would put something that isn't in the script into it."

In one scene Cheng Ho Nam had to beat them on the back with a staff as punishment. When Cheng Ho Nam hit Chan Ka Lok, he was very gentle; but when he hit Cheung Kai Chung he hit at his hardest. After the shoot the whole set burst into laughter. Cheung Kai Chung smiled bitterly and said, "Brother Mark has confidence in me and I can take it. Every hit makes a bang but it doesn't hurt; just a slap on my back. I take it as an affirmation. Brother Mark has represented our muscle world since we were little. The king of protein, his physique can't be more beautiful. His beating is a kind of recognition, but Ka Lok can work harder. Taking care of a child takes a lot of time, but next time when he is beaten next time he would need to be confident!" Bosco took the chance to chime in, "I too want to recognize you!"

However Ah Chung was still very happy because Brother Mark has inspired him to keep a young mind and be fit. "He is so stylish, wearing tight shorts after work as if he was waiting for him to go out to sea on a boat; but I just can't accept that pair of shorts."

In another scene, Cheng Ho Nam took Cheung Kai Chung, Wong Chung Chak and Chan Ka Lok to a sauna to compensate for the beating they took. However, during the filming the three of them treated their flesh like gold, as they soaked their upper bodies up to their necks. Wong Chung Chak said with a smile, "I only started to work out after the filming, what body would I show off? I was as frail as a stick!" Cheung Kai Chung also laughed and said, "It's very tough. It was my second sauna shoot, I felt like hot pot ingredients as I had to soak it for several hours. I usually go to the sauna for just 2 minutes before going for a massage. During the filming everyone had to be in the water together. The filming became more and more psychedelic, I got tired and very sleep. So after one soak I haven't done it again for several years." Was everyone being stingy with their body? Wong Chung Chak submitted and said, "It's better not to show off in front of Brother Mark. The ladies nowadays want to look at the physique even when watching a men's movie." Cheung Kai Chung said that he worked out for two or three months before filming, during this period he do not eat any good food. Wong Chung Chak felt the same way and said that while working on the TV series TWO STEPS FROM HEAVEN neither he nor Cheung Kai Chung had any good food, as they only ate white meat chicken without skin and boiled everyday. Cheung Kai Chung joked, "The price will gradually increase, being naked out of the blue won't be so cheap." Wong Chung Chak agreed, "Shooting an advertisement every few months or for one or two scenes, now we have to take off out clothes for no reason? You have to the price." The two of them made it sound like they were selling their bodies. Cheung Kai Chung pointed out that when he went to Kuala Lumpur for a shoot earlier, he only ate steamed chicken on the entire trip and exercised all night. When he returned to Hong Kong to shoot another movie, he had to take off his shirt immediately. The day after the shoot he ate like crazy, once he even ate too much while on vacation with his family; Wong Chung Chak joked that after taking off his shirt for a shot, he put his shirt back on and ate shrimp and pork dumplings in front of him. Cheung Kai Chung even laughed and said that if his muscles have never been on display, being naked will have no pressure. "Yet once your abdominal muscles make an impression on the audience, if you are not in shape, people would say you let yourself go and you would be bullied. I wouldn't really want to hear those words." Wong Chung Chak agreed that sometimes not every character needed to have muscle mass, it would depend on the character's requirements.
