Shu Qi, Liu Ye, director Andrew Lau Wai Keung, Professor Charles Kuen Kao and his wife Wong May-Wan, Dr. Lo Wing Yan and others yesterday attended a LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL charity event in Mongkok to announce that the film will take part in a charity fund raiser for Dr. Kao Foundation in hopes of changing the lives of brain degeneration patients.

Everyone host the lighting ceremony. Shu Qi even announced that her calligraphy of the film title would be donated to the Dr. Kao Foundation for an online charity auction. Lau Wai Keung revealed that at first because he did not want the title to be typed on a computer and without any emotion, he asked Shu Qi to write it. Shu Qi joked, "Right, I was very busy but the director called me everyday. Finally I used two hours to write it." Shu Qi and Liu Ye exchanged pleasantries. Liu Ye praised Shu Qi that she has not aged a day, which surprised him very much. Shu Qi said, "I remember working with Liu Ye seven to eight years ago. At the time I not only learned to act but also the passion for film. I feel his passion for his characters now has not changed. I am very happy."
