The "21st Hong Kong Asian Film Festival" held its opening ceremony last night. Guests included Film Festival Ambassador Rachel Leung Yung Ting, the team of the opening film THE LAST DANCE (POR. DEI YUK)'s Dayo Wong Tze Wah, Michelle Wai Sze Nga, Tommy Chu Pak Hong, director Anselm Chan Mou Yin and producer Siu Kim Chau, as well as the team of another opening film BLOSSOMS UNDER SOMEWHERE (GEI LIU YUT JING GOR CHUN TIN) Marf Yau Yin Tung, Sheena Chan Shu Yan, Shin Cheung Yuk Hin, Adam Pak Tin Nam, Paisley Hu (Wu Pui Wi), director Riley Yip Yuk Yang and producer Fruit Chan Gor.

Wong Tze Wah would be in retreat for the rehearsal of the play THE TRUTH ABOUT LYING, so he had to complete the promotion of the movie THE LAST DANCE in the next few days. Earlier Wai Sze Nga attended the Hawaii International Film Festival on behalf of the film. Making a movie for the first time, COLLAR member Marf said that comparing to filming dramas and music videos, the film was more delicate. She even said that she was addicted to acting and hoped to make another film. Playing the role of a stutterer who was in the second hand underwear business with her classmate, she was worried that her poor performance would affect the production progress. Fortunately the crew arranged for stutterers and speech therapists to provide guidance, but sometimes she still spoke too fast and forgot about having a stutter. She looked forward to watching the film on the big screen and has invited her mother and boyfriend Locker Lam Ka Hei to the premiere. Co-star Chan Shu Yan pointed out that her character would make a strong contrast with Marf's. She thought that the song and dance scene in school uniform at the auditorium was the most special. Because she did not rehearse before hand, the dance felt improvised. Marf said that the role ws suitable for Chan Shu Yan since she was a modern dance performer, and praised her dance as very elegant.
