Charmaine Sheh Si Man and Julian Cheung Chi Lam in the film version of RETURN OF THE CUCKOO (SUP YUET CHOR NG DIK YUET GUONG) reunited. Years later, "Kwan Ho" Ah Sheh returned to Macau to celebrate her mother "QE" Nancy Sit Ka Yin's birthday and caught up with "Chor Gor Gor" Chilam and "Kam Sing" Michael Tong Man Lung.

The trio drank, ate and caught up at a street stall. Ah Sheh after losing her husband gave up on herself, drank and gambled to abuse herself for release. Once she passed a game of mahjong on the street and played with gangsters. Finally she lost and was forced to drink. Chilam originally wanted to help but Ah Sheh boldly grabbed a bottle of whiskey and downed it herself!

Ah Sheh revealed that before the shoot she had a glass. "The director asked me if I have tried drinking for a drunk scene. I said no. The director said why not give it a try, but I was very afraid that I wouldn't remember my lines. I didn't know how I would act after I drank. He said that if they were not pleased they would pick another date for a rematch. He gave me a lot of confidence so I had the guts to try it." Later she admitted that drinking made her performance even wilder. "When I was buzz, I only had to concentrate on my emotions and channel them into experiencing Kwan Ho's pain. Even I felt the performance was different from before."

Ah Sheh after getting drunk just dropped on the street stall back alley, smoking with a shaky hand while tearfully expressing herself. Later she even tried to take her own life at the hotel, luckily Chilam found her in time. During the shoot, Ah Sheh lost control of her hands as she finished that break down scene with one take. Although Ah Sheh was a television Best Actress, she lay down on the damp and dirty back alley without any hesitation and was very professional.

Julian Cheung Chi Lam, Charmaine Sheh Si Man, Chrissie Chau Sau Na, Joyce Cheng Yun Yi, Ava Liu (Yu Kiu), Lydia Tong Bui Sze, Gregory Wong Chung Hiu, Justin Cheung Kin Sing, Alex To Tak Wai and the entertainment company boss Stephen Shiu Jr. yesterday attended the RETURN OF THE CUCKOO (SUP YUET CHOR NG DIK YUET GUONG) media announcement in Beijing. Stephen Shiu Jr. and the Mainland iQiYi chief Li Yansong announced that they will work together on films and distribute the products. Stephen Shiu Jr. said that he has always wanted to find a Mainland partner. "Earlier we worked with different companies, every time we had to understand the process all over again. We were very tired until the appearance of iqiyi. They are very suitable for our needs, partners that we can work with for the long run."

"Kwan Ho" Ah Sheh and "Chor Gor Gor" Chilam praised the new film as touching. They both said that after reading the script the story made them take the roles. Ah Sheh said, "With the recent series re-run, the rating response has been great. I am confident in the film's box office." Ah Sheh even praised the addition of Taiwan star Joe Chen Chiao-En as "extraordinarily great". Chilam said about being between Ah Sheh and Chen Chiao-En, "It really can't be greater! Chen Chiao-En is a good co-star, her performance is infectious!"

Chilam joked about Yun Yi. "She got into the business before I did. I have watched her performance since I was little. Her Ma was a good friend of mine, so I have always felt very close to Yun Yi!" Yun Yi denied that she stole the spotlight. "Am I very sexy? I only wore something a little lower cut! (Were you deliberately sexy because Chau Sau Na was also here?) I never thought about that! I did a lot of work before the appearance, I didn't dare to move to much. People kept staring when I got to the stage, it felt a little strange."

Chau Sau Na denied that she lost to Yun Yi. "As soon as I saw her I went wow! Everyone is different, so there is no comparison." In the future we will commute between Beijing and Hong Kong. Currently she is looking for a rental unit in Beijing. She was also looking for a home in Hong Kong as she hoped to move in with her mother next year. Chau Sau Na denied that she was worth more than HK$ 100 million. "Do you mean cells? It's too much, it isn't me!"

Director Dante Lam yesterday brought his film TO THE FORE (POR FUNG) to the Tokyo Film Festival for two screenings and a director forum. Viewer responses and praises warmed his heart and greatly strengthened his confidence in the film's Oscar Best Foreign Film nomination chances. Because he had to fly to Malaysia for his new film OPERATION MEKONG, Director Lam even had to take time to write the script and was unable to visit Tokyo!

Director Lam earlier while shooting the film in Malaysia received a bite from a six inch long centipede. Despite his high tolerance for pain he screamed and the team had to carry him off the hill and to the ambulance. Director Lam said, "At the time the centipede bite felt like fire, I was immediately numb and dizzy. At the hospital I got two shots and I immediately rushed back to continue the shoot. I still haven't completely recovered yet. This time luckily the bite was on my leg and not my arm, which would be closer to the heart and could be fatal!"

He immediately ordered rain boots for the team and prepared for serum and doctor supervision on the set just in case. TO THE FORE tonight will be screened outdoors at the Queen Victoria Park to raise fund for charity. The event originally only invited 500 viewers but due to the overwhelming response over 600 tickets were sold. The noise issues that Director Lam was concerned about earlier has also been resolved.

Sora Aoi said that she was very honored to have worked with Pang Ho Cheung and thanked him for his appreciation. "This time is my return to Hong Kong film after REVENGE: A LOVE STORY (FUK SAU JEH ji SEI). I hope everyone would continue to offer my roles."

Koyi said that the Japanese girls were very pretty and joked that she wanted to buy a Japanese school uniform to take back with her. Speaking of Japanese guys, Koyi said that the most important was the ability to communicate. As for long distance relationship, all three said that they were sticky girlfriends who could not be apart from their boyfriends for too long. Fish said that when she first came from Malaysia to Hong Kong, she only saw her boyfriend online during the first year. Because they were in two different places they soon ran out of stuff to talk about. Speaking of working with Gregory Wong Chung Hiu, Ashina shook her head and said that Wong Chung Hiu was like a father who really knew how to take care of everyone. She even revealed that he would say "Give Uncle a hug". Thus they would not set off any romantic spark.

Pakho Chau, Wylie Chiu Shek Chi and Lulu Wang Lo Yiu six years ago starred in a comedy that recently has been "repackaged" with new stories. Still a new comer at the time, Pakho even played a hot woman. However the newly added parts added AD2 member Amy K's sex scene and turned Pakho and others into stars in the erotic film much to their dismay!

Amy K. starred in the film SUPER MODELS (SIK MO) recently has been heavily promoted with Amy's nude and sex scenes as selling points, but actually the film had Pakho Chau, Chiu Shek Chi, Wang Lo Yiu, Nat Chan Pak Cheung, JJ Jia and Law Kar Ying in its cast!

The stars in 2009 made the comedy NGOR YIU JO LANG MO (I WANT TO BE PSEDUO MODEL), but the film was never released. Playing a manager Shek Chi displayed her career line in one scene. Her on screen boyfriend Pakho even dressed as a woman. Reportedly Pakho as a new comer at the time only was paid around HK$ 100,000. He made many small budget films and even once talked about the pain and the joy of a female disguise. Six years later Pakho is no longer what he was.

Recently the film company repackaged the film added new actors like Amy, former Miss Asia candidate Chen Pui Kok and former ATV artist Kent Yeung Ching Kwan's daring sex scene. Then they merged the two films into SUPER MODELS. The Charlie Cho Cha Lei played dirty "pseudo model tycoon" connected the two stories. Although SUPER was only rated category IIB, the film made Pakho, Shek Chi and others into stars of an erotic film. Their photos were featured on the poster, right next to Amy's nude photo.

Pakho responded through his manager and said that no one informed them of the film arrangement, but helplessly said that they did not want to say more to prevent promoting for others. "As an actor he has done his best in his performance. What happens afterward is beyond his control. We can't find the person in charge back then, so we are not considering taking any action!"

Shek Chi said that she made a comedy back then, but now it added a lot of sex elements. "All I can do is laugh, at most I would watch my part. I never guess that real life is funnier than the story. Even the poster got my name wrong! Back then my management company took the film for me, now I can't really take any action. However I am optimistic, I am very happy to have worked with a group of elders." Lulu admitted, "It's regrettable that the previous film was not released, but now with some strange scene it is beyond brutal. (Will you take action?) Unfortunately I didn't keep the contract."

Amy said that the responsibility of an actor was to play every scene well. She had no opinion about the film company's arrangement. "In the film I had to be naked, which I have struggled over for a long time. I didn't pay attention to anything else. (The film turned into an erotic film? ) Actually the film has a lesson, in it girls are swindled due to their dreams of stardom. It wants to warn the audience to be careful of bad people."
