Winner of the Hong Kong Film Awards Best Action Choreography award with TWILIGHT OF THE WARRIORS: WALLED IN (GAU LUNG SING JAI JI WAI SING), the 55-year-old renowned Japanese martial arts action director Kenji Tanigaki posted several wedding photos on social media yesterday and announced his marriage to his ten-year girlfriend and Japanese actress Luna Fujimoto. Kenji Tanigaki commented, "It's been over 10 years since we met. We are not only each other's best friends, but also partners who inspire each other at work and even life partners who walk hand in hand. I hope to walk together with her for much longer than the past ten years. We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us so far, as well as everyone who has always cheered us on. We will cherish this bond and continue to maintain sincerity and dedication in our respective work. We hope to continue receiving everyone's warm protection and care in the future." Friends from the industry, including Donnie Yen Chi Tan, Philip Ng Wan Lung, Daniel Wu (Ng Cho Yin) and Louis Cheung Kai Chung, left messages of blessing.
Kenji Tanigaki's wife is actress Luna Fujimoto, known for the Japanese drama 'VIVANT'. She also made a cameo in Stephen Chow Sing Chi's 'KUNG FU SOCCER'. Luna Fujimoto also shared her wedding joy on social media, saying, "We are very happy to announce that we are married!"
