Chloe So Ho Yi, Wilfred Lau Ho Lung and Wiyona Yeung Lau Ching earlier were guests on the TVB Entertainment News program STARTALK to discuss their experience on their new film SUGAR STREET STUDIO (TONG GAI JAI PIN CHONG). Yeung Lau Ching mentioned the massive amount of special effect make up in the new film. She said, "One morning the make up artist accidentally dropped some alcohol into my eye, which hurt and sting a lot. I couldn't open my eye at all. Because I was afraid that something would happen to my eye I immediately went to see a doctor, at the time I didn't have time to remove the make up. As soon as I got to the clinic I already lowered my head, since I was afraid of scaring people. When I went to the room to see the doctor, I already warned that I had special effect make up on my face. Maybe he didn't hear me. The first thing he said to me was, your face was burnt very severely!" Lau Ho Lung stated that the special effect make up was not easy to take.

So Ho Yi also took part and hoped to be able to play more different types of characters in the future. (Was she always playing a student?) She joked, "Now I can't even play a student again!" Si Hing joked, "No way! You can play my daughter!"

The three Best Actors Aaron Kwok Fu Sing, Sean Lau Ching Wan and Louis Koo Tin Lok starred film THE WHITE STORM 3 (SO DUK 3 TIN DAI DEI DAI) after frequent setbacks finally completed its production. The team went from Xixiangbanna to Shanwei, originally planning to then go to Thailand for a location shoot. Due to the pandemic the trip did not come to fruition, finally the company invested heavily on the construction of an almost 50,000 square meter Thai village in Lau Fau Shan, Hong Kong for production. After months of struggle, the grand scale production process finally came to a smooth completion. Kwok Fu Sing praised the Thai village for its realism, easily enabling people to get into the shoot. Lau Ching Wan on the other hand said that after completing the shoot he could finally shave.

The film THE WHITE STORM 3 on the day when Koo Tin Lok wrapped up production celebrated with a champagne ceremony with director Herman Yau Lai To, actors Kwok Fu Sing, Gallen Lo (Law Ka Leung), Chan Kwok Bong, Timmy Hung Tin Ming, Edward Chui Woei Dong and others at the almost 50,000 square meter Thai set in Lau Fau Shan, Hong Kong. Afterward, Kwok Fu Sing and Lau Ching Wan also wrapped up their production and again celebrated with champagne with Tse Kwan Ho, Wilfred Lau Ho Lung, James Kazama (Yau Jim Fai) and Kumor So (Fui Hung). Director Yau Lai To and Kwok Fu Sing embraced in celebration. Aside from appreciation, they even said that the collaboration has been pleasant. Director Yau stated, "This time working with Aaron has been a great experience. Now we are already starting to plan the next time."

Kwok Fu Sing was very happy about participating in THE WHITE STORM 3 production. "This time the film faced numerous challenges, but the entire team was very united. With the director we persisted with the production, as we resolved difficulties when we ran into them. Although it was tough, the shoot was also very pleasant!" Aaron said that working with Director Yau for the first time, he really admired his cool and adaptability. As for each actor in the film, because of 4 months together everyone built great chemistry and hoped to have the chance to work together again. On the night of the wrap, everyone were reluctant to part. Aaron also praised the team for building the nearly 50,000 square meter Thai drug village in Hong Kong, an awe-inspiring feat. He said, "They even grew trees from the 'Golden Triangle', which made me feel like I was there. It was very realistic, which made getting into the roles easier for everyone. Ultimately working with people who love movies is happiness, I wish THE WHITE STORM 3 would be seen by the audience very soon and for everyone to go to the movies to support it."

On the day of the wrap, Lau Ching Wan prepared many bottles of champagne to share with the cast and the crew. After completing the shoot he changed into casual clothes and appeared to much lighter. Aside from being able to properly rest, he also stated that he would shave the beard he grew for months for the movie. He said, "When I get back I can shave, I am very happy because this movie experienced a lot. We couldn't shoot on the location that we wanted, which instead made everyone constantly dine together. Normal productions very rarely had these times. They just kept shooting, very rarely would they be like this time when everyone constantly saw each other. The advantage was that everyone became familiar and united. I believe that this flavor would seep out from the movie."

Tse Kwan Ho, Wilfred Lau Ho Lung, James Kazama (Yau Jim Fai) and Kumer So (Fui Hung) also rather enjoyed the friends that they made this time. Everyone looked forward to the new film and said that they were ready to participate again in THE WHITE STORM 4.

The film LUI YING OI HUP (INSIDE RESPONE OUTSIDE COORDINATION) yesterday held a production start worship ceremony. The Emperor Group chief Albert Yeung Sau Sing led the actors Angus Yeung Tin Yue, Macy Ma Sihui, Candy Yu On On, Louis Cheung Kai Chung, Deep Ng Ho Hong and Jacquelin Chong Si Man attended. Ng Ho Hong and Chong Si Man went their separate ways ten years ago, but working together again was not awkward at all for them as they talked and laughed. Ng Ho Hong also revealed that he had a nasal operation and his health has improved.

New comers Yeung Tin Yue and Ma Sihui played the leads for the first time. They both said that they would turn the stress into motivation. Before the start of the shoot to now I at least kicked him over 100 times!"

Yeung Tin Yue chuckled. "Originally the kick was to the chest, but I was kicked right where I was injured -- near the crotch without any padding. She even got me every time!" He was bruised all over, then he would go for acupuncture therapy whenever he had time off. Ma Sihui said that she was already injured during training. In a leapfrog attempt, she fell into a split by accident when she landed. Thus she injured her thigh. Would she like to become an "action actress?" She said, "I thought about it, since I was three I haven't cut my hair as short as it is now. I want to try being an action actress!" After taking a few kicks from her, Yeung Tin Yue joked, "You definitely can, with such powerful kicks!"

Chong Si Man and Ng Ho Hong have already broken up for 10 years, but they have not worked together until recently in the film LUI YING OI HUP. However they would not have any scene together. The film THE YOUNG, THE OLD AND THE RICH (GEIN NEI DEI DOH SAT YUN SI GEIN) started a HK$ 10 million crowdfunding project, the goal of which was to make a movie that would be completely funded by the audience. Director Ronnie Chau (Chiu Law Nei) invited Anthony Wong Chau Sun and Zeno Koo Ting Hin to shoot the teaser that introduced the film's content and production style. Yesterday was the deadline but the goal was not reached.

Director Chiu Law Nei chose "all or nothing", no fund would be collected if the goal was not reached; he once explained the reason for setting the goal at HK$ 10 million. He said that if successful, 10% commission would be given to the crowdfunding platform. The rest would be used for building a platform for online broadcast, sending memorabilia and other expenses -- leaving around HK$ 6 million for the film production; as of yesterday's deadline, only 1/3 of the goal was reached.

In the teaser Wong Chau Sun played a driving instructor, and Koo Ting Hin his student. The former's real identity was an underground group mastermind who arranged for a group of young people to commit crimes. Koo Ting Hin's role due to societal oppression became lost and was recruited by Chau Sun to join the underground group.

The film ANITA's production special program premiere took place yesterday. The film THE ATTORNEY (YUT CUP JI HUNG) two nights ago held its premiere. Actors Alex Fong Chung Shun, Carlos Chan Ka Lok, Nina Paw Hee Ching and Himmy Wong Ting Him attended.
