The movie BURNING BLOOD (YIT HUET YIN SIU) was the posthumous work of former TVB gold medal producer Wilson Chin Kwok Wai. Two nights ago a friend screening was held the night before. In addition to actors German Cheung Man Kit and Jerry Lamb Hiu Fung and film post-production director Wong Hoi, a group of Wilson's friends Eric Tsang Chi Wai and Chin Kar Lok were all present; Wilson's widow Calinda Chan Yuen Wai brought her daughter Abby Chin Yin Tung to the scene. When she talked about her late husband, she could not help but have tears in her eyes. She also thanked a group of friends for helping Wilson fulfill his wish, which made her feel that there is true love in the world.

Bob Lam Sing Bun, Chris Lai Lok Yi and his wife, Maria Lai Tsz Shan, Snow Suen Wai Suet, Yuri Chan Yui Yui and others also showed their support. Chan Yuen Wai could not help but teared up in the interview. "I am so touched. There are many friends who help to fulfill Wilson's wish, and many friends are there to support without saying a word. I feel there is love in the world." She added that she knew Wilson was very enthusiastic about making this movie. It also brought back a lot of memories, because she had just given birth to her daughter when filming started. Wilson fought for time to feed and burp their daughter, then the filming started the next day. She hoped that everyone will support the film more and look for Wilson's figure, because Wilson had a cameo role. She also thank Wong Hoi for cutting a special ending for the movie. Because her daughter was still young, Chan Yuen Wai admitted that she was struggling with whether to bring her daughter to the theater; but she also wanted her daughter to know the work her father did. She thanked Dicky Cheung Wai Kin for sharing Chin Kwok Wai's "final" concert with her. Ultimately the film had many violent scenes, so she would not show it to her daughter until she grew up. Wong Hoi said that he would save a video for her to keep. Abby is at elementary school, not shy at all with the press. She was very cute, often holding onto godfather Lam Hiu Fung. She also signed the backdrop board and took photos.

Wilson passed away in 2020 due to pancreatic cancer. Lam Hiu Fung said that this time everyone worked together to fulfill Wilson's wish. He said, "I already knew that Wilson was unwell at the time of filming, but I believed that he would recover. The film would finally be released after six years, and I believe that he would have felt happy. In fact this film went through many twists and turns before completion. When Wilson passed away, it was not finished; it also involved the pandemic and commercial problems. Then one day, someone contacted me and said that he wanted to complete the film. So I began to think of a way and I found Wong Hoi. A group of brothers helped complete it."

Speaking of unforgettable production experience, Lam Hiu Fung said that it was a tracking scene with Chan Siu Chun and Tse Tin Wah. It made them feel like they did when they used to make movies together. He joked, "I died early in the film, maybe Wilson thought I talked too much and wanted to give me the lai see so I would leave sooner. I don't know whether he is good or not to me; if I didn't die so early, I would have to take a beating. When I saw Cheung Man Kit's fight scene on the set it was quite ruthless. At first I mistakenly thought he was a Thai boxing champion, I was even happy for Chan Siu Chun and Tse Tin Wah for their opportunity to compete with the boxing champion. However I was so scared that I deliberately avoided him, haha." Cheung Man Kit admitted that there are many action scenes, and joked that he has to hit people every day because he played a killer. The weapon was quite special as well. He also said that this film was the first time he worked with Wilson, and he has just moved from behind the scenes to in front of the scenes. He was still not used to it, and he was grateful to Wilson for giving him the opportunity to perform. He still did not apply any pressure and let him freely perform. He joked that at the time he was very young still, he could no longer perform many of the scenes now.

BURNING BLOOD was released in the mainland at the end of last year, the box office performance was lacking with only a little over 1 million. The film was originally titled LONELY BATTLE (GOO JIN). The production was announced to start in 2017, with the YOUNG AND DANGEROUS (GOO WAT JAI) cast of Jordan Chan Siu Chun, Michael Tse Tin Wah, Jason Chu Wing Tong and Jerry Lamb Hiu Fung except Dior Cheng Yee Kin. Chin Kwok Wai was a long time friend of Ekin but he did not participate. Manfred Wong (Man Jun) revealed on an online program as the BURNING BLOOD production ended that Ekin over the years has publicly said that he would not like to play YOUNG AND DANGEROUS' Chan Ho Nam again, so he did not agree to take part in BURNING BLOOD; later the investors tried every trick, including HK$ 5 million a day salary, inviting "Super Dan" Lin Dan to star opposite Ekin; but Ekin in the end still did not agree. Chin Kwok Wai once as a TVB variety program producer of shows like BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN. His creation Beautiful Angels became a hot topic. He was an executive director for the Stephen Chow Sing Chi film MERMAID. In 2020 he passed away from pancreatic cancer at age 58.
