Lin Minchen yesterday attended the Ladies' Purse Day promotional event as its ambassador. Earlier she shot a video for the event. She looked forward to the atmosphere of race day very much, because it would be the first time she would be at the Hong Kong race track. It would also be the first race track she would step foot in in the entire world.

Reportedly the film TABLE FOR SIX 2 (FAN HEI GUNG SUM 2) would have major cast changes. When asked Minchen whether she would have a part, she said, "We have an agreement so I can't talk about it. If it would have me you should watch 10 times, without me you should watch it once." Next month Minchen would return to Malaysia to work on a new film in Kuala Lumpur. Although it would be a little far from her hometown Johor Bahru, her family has already agreed to visit her on the set. Also from Malaysia, Miko Wong Jie Kee has always invaded the Hong Kong and Taiwan market and even had the nickname of "counterfeit Lin Minchen". She said, "I seem to be a little famous. I don't know her, and everyone feel that a girl has short hair so she looks like me. That is unfair to other girls, actually everyone is pretty in their own way."
