Starring in the new film BAND FOUR (4 PAK 4 GA JOOK), Kay Tse On Kay, Teddy Robin Kwan and Rondi Chan Lok Ting two days ago attended the premiere. Kay's husband Louis Cheung Kai Chung brought their children along to show their support. Cheung Kai Chung said that he has seen an early cut of the film and praised his wife's acting. "I see her all quiet and reclusive, actually she is an expert." He felt that Kay like himself was an actor would "risk her life", very focused in her role. However his heart ached over how tough the production has been on her, so she would be better off keep being a singer. "Basically any production would be very tough, you have to constantly work overtime and overnight; so singing is better, she gets to dress pretty."
As for praises for her acting, Kay credited her husband. Because he would always share how to appreciate movies and analyze actors' performance, she has been able to subconsciously absorb a lot. Would their children like to make movies? Cheung Kai Chung said, "My son has no interest, but my daughter seems to be interested. However they are still so little. I would wait for her to truly have this ability, to have the spirit of a performer, then I would cultivate her."
Kakaball indeed had a knack for performing. Earlier when she worked on her first environment protection theme commercial, she played cute and won over all of the staff on the set. The director even praised her as energetic and smart, with quite an instinct for the camera. Kay was on the set to cheer her on. She said, "Seeing how she performs to the tee, I really feel very proud!"
