The 19th Hong Kong Asian Film Festival two nights ago held the opening ceremony. Two opening films HONG KONG FAMILY (GOR SI GOR JIK)'s actors Teresa Mo Shun Kwan, Gardner Tse Kwan Ho, Hedwig Tam Sin Yin and THE NARROW ROAD (JAT LOK MEI CHUNG)'s actors Louis Cheung Kai Chung, Angela Yuen Lai Lam and Anna Tung On Na attended the premieres.

Mo Shun Kwan and Tse Kwan Ho in HONG KONG FAMILY played a family with Edan Lui Cheuk On, Yuen Lai Lam and Tam Sin Yin. After working with this group of new actors, Sister Mo praised that several new generation actors really liked to act. Everyone had a lot of fun from working together, after finishing the film she realized that hope appeared in Hong Kong film again. Sister Mo in particular praised Tam Sin Yin for being very talented, having a lot of her own ideas, and would observe other actors' performance from the sideline. "Actually both young actresses are very excellent, and gave quality performance. When by the end Tam Sin Yin and I had a moment of eye contact, then I realized that I had so few scenes with her. Her eyes are very capable of acting!" Sister Mo said that Edan would join the team for promotion. Lately she has been busy with promoting and has not have time to watch Keung To and Edan's new series WE GOT GAME, but revealed that Keung To and Jer Lau Ying Ting would attend audience appreciation events for MAMA'S AFFAIR (AH MA YAU JOR DAI YI GOR) and asked everyone who have not seen it 20 times to watch it again. As for Carol Cheng Yui Ling not extending her TVB contract, Sister Mo admitted that she did not know before hand. She has not have the time to chat with her yet. She felt a change of scenery would be a good thing, looked forward to Cheng's acting and would try to persuade her. She also said that Sister Do really took care of MIRROR and she would see if everyone would have any opportunity to collaborate.

Tse Kwan Ho said that the actors were decent too. Playing father and son with Edan, he sensed that Edan's performance had a lot of fire. "On the first day on the set he already called me Papa, he really put an effort into playing the emotional scenes and did all his homework. He also asked me for advice. Cheung Kai Chung revealed that THE NARROW ROAD was a family film that depicted three generations of ordinary people looking out for each other. In the film he and Yuen Lai Lam's relationship was not the usual opposite sex relationship. Yuen Lai Lam cut her hair short for a new look. She denied that her rumored boyfriend Edan Lui Cheuk On upset her, she just wanted to switch to a more androgynous look. However fans said that she lost her charm after cutting her hair. She said, "When I heard that at first I was a little unhappy, but beauty has many kinds. I want to discover another type of beauty."

Yuen Lai Lam denied the variety of rumors with Edan. She said that the couples look was a coincidence. He sat on the sofa at her home and streamed live, but she clarified that it was not her home. They had a group of friends that they played together. "He has come to my home once, but never by himself."
