Pure comparison with box office numbers absolutely represent nothing, but when I found out about this performance I still got a little teary eyed. Thank you to every elder who have opened up the sky in the Hong Kong film world, thank them for the classics they have written so this generation of ours can stand on the shoulders of giants and create our own movies."

Koo Tin Lok encouraged the educators and young people on hand, "Film is an industry, science fiction film is a creative technology industry and really needs time to develop. I can't be done overnight. My dream for the next 30 years is hoping that even more young people would join the industry, go and do something new and no one has seen before, the future of Hong Kong film. I hope young people who like WARRIORS OF FUTURE and have dreams to be just like me, no matter how tough it would be to never give up, to persist so they would be able to keep going."
