The Louis Koo Tin Lok produced and starred, Ng Yuen Fai directed, Sean Lau Ching Wan, Carina Lau Ka Ling starred WARRIORS OF FUTURE (MING YUT JIN GEI) continued its run into its eight week and has already accumulated over HK$ 72 million. The promotion still has not slowed its pace, adding a giant screen showing of its prequel animation trailer at the Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Pier. Stars Tse Kwan Ho and German Cheung Man Kit took the audience appreciation baton and thanked viewers for their strong support. They also presented a "fish tank" in hopes of everyone would cherish the Earth.
Earlier the film company released a scene that was cut from the film. In it the Kwan Ho played doctor lamented after mankind made the Earth sick only erected a big pile of 'fish tanks' (the large scale greenhouses in the film -- sky net) to trap themselves in. Thus two days ago at the special screening, when exchanging gifts with the environmental protection group The Green Earth's director Leung Wing Mo Kwan Ho and Cheung Man Kit presented a fish tank to him, reminded everyone to cherish the Earth and do their part to protect the environment. Kwan Ho said that environmental protection could start with the basic. "Easier would be using air conditioning less, with the winter coming soon everyone would not turn on the air conditioners again. In the summer we could use it less. In addition air conditioning would create more sickness and pain in the body. Using air conditioning less would be better for the body and protect the Earth." Cheung Man Kit said that he would use less plastic bags. "When I go grocery shopping I would bring my own shopping bag."
WARRIORS OF FUTURE has already passed HK$ 72 million. Kwan Ho was rather appreciative of everyone's strong support. He said, "Of course I am happy. First it was the first time, in addition a Hong Kong reaching this number would be a shot of confidence. I hope Hong Kong film would continue to work hard. Thank you everyone for your support. We would continue to work hard." Cheung Man Kit also said, "Aside from this being a shot of confidence, future Hong Kong films would still need everyone's support. I hope the audience would give us more feedbacks."
