JIAN GUO DA YE poster and official site launch took place yesterday in Beijing. China Film Group chief and director Han Sanping, director Huang Jianxin, leads Tang Guoqiang, Zhang Guoli and others attended the event. In addition Media Asia Group and other guests from distribution attended.

This year is the 60th anniversary of the People's Republic of China. Chinese film industry all rose up and released a variety of films. The State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television confirmed that among the celebration, the film was the most important. From its content, investment, creation, operation and other aspects, the film has shown an air of royalty.

Perhaps most important was the film's requirement to create a record. The film's cast was unprecedented, with Zhang Guoli, Tang Guoqiang, Xu Qing, Jet Li (Lee Nin Kit), Ge You, Jiang Wen, Chen Kaige, Feng Xiaogang, Chen Daoming, Sun Honglei, Zhang Ziyi, Jackie Chan, John Woo (Ng Yu Sum), Andy Lau Tak Wa, Leon Lai Ming and others. Nearly 200 famous stars and directors participated. At the same time, they all took zero salary for their participation. The film has been called the "China film elite's collective salute to the motherland". The media was more direct and named JIAN GUO DA YE the "most bullish celebration film in history". The film has been scheduled for a September 17 premiere.
