Stephy Tang Lai Yun yesterday attended the Plan International Donate a Pencil Campaign. Stephy said hat she is fostering two children through the organization. One of them she started fostering when she visited Vietnam years ago. Stephy said that at the time she felt very connected to this girl, as soon as she saw her she wanted to take care of her. She learned that the girl lost both parents and suffered an enormous emotional trauma, which was somewhat similar to her own family environment. Stephy said, "I grew up in a single parent home. Losing the love from a loved one, you would always feel the loss!"
Stephy yesterday attended despite being ill. She admitted that lately she has been busy with movies and had to promote three movies. Speaking of her birthday on the 15h she said that she would remain busy at work. Later she will attend the Busan and Kuohsiung Film Festivals so she would not have time to celebrate with friend. Stephy said that she was very happy about her films being film festival selections. One of them she made three years ago. It was the sowing season earlier and now it is the harvest season.
