The 40th Hong Kong Film Awards took place on the 17th last month. Many award winning films were arranged for re-release so viewers were able to relive them in the safety of the cinema.

Earlier, the fresh out of the oven Best Actor Patrick Tse Yin along with TIME (SAT CHOOK GOR WONG FUN)'s producer and screenwriter Gordon Lam Ka Tung, director Ricky Ko Chi Bun, screenwriter Ho Ching Yee, music creator Wai Kai Leung, actors Lam Suet, Chung Suet Ying, Siu Cheuk Hiu and Law Wing Cheong; LIMBO (JI CHI)'s fresh out of the oven Best Actress Cya Liu, producer Paco Wong, screenwriter Sham Kwan Sai, cinematography director Cheng Siu Keung, actors Fish Liew Chi Yu, Kuma and others attended the celebration. Director Felix Chong Man Keung even presented the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild 2021 Best Actor and Best Actress to Tse Yin and Cya Liu.

In the past year, TIME won the Hong Kong Film Critic Society Award Best Actor, Best Screenplay, Recommended Film, the Hong Kong Film Award Best Actor, the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild Best Actor, the Hong Kong Screenwriters Guild Best Film Character and the Recommended Screenplay of the Year, the London East Asia Film Festival Special Mention and the Vancouver International Film Festival Audience's Award, Gateway. Sei Gor even with the role "Tin Lap Chau" won four Best Actor awards. Last month was Sei Gor and Paco Wong's birth month, the film company also celebrated their birthdays. Sei Gor showed off the four Best Actor awards, thanked the audience for applauding for him, and promised viewers that he definitely would keep acting. When asked about how winning the awards felt, Sei Gor put his humorous nature on display. "Actually I bought the awards!" Ka Tung joked, "Sei Gor used to have his mind on scuba diving, cars and hunting, he just was too busy!" Would the original team make a sequel? Sei Gor said, "Ask him (Ka Tung)!" Ka Tung also joked, "Don't raise your price!" Lam Suet and Chung Suet Ying both agreed that they missed Petrina Fung Bo Bo who was in Malaysia very much, and looked forward to working with Sister Bo Bo again next time.

LIMBO's Best Actress Cya Liu, Best Supporting Actress Fish Liew Chi Yu also attended the celebration. She and her co-stars Lam Ka Tung, Liew Chi Yu and others represented the team in sincerely thanking the audience for their support. Speaking of winning three Best Actress awards, she humbly said, "Each of the 3 awards weighed 1,000 catty, no matter what I would have to take them home to slowly enjoy them. I really am very grateful to director Cheang Pou Soi, without him there is no me. I also thank Brother Ka Tung, for allowing me to learn the importance of the entire team's flexibility from it."

Would she consider working on another Cheang Pou Soi film? Cya Liu joked, "Director Cheang is crazy! Actually I am too! I can go without rest or eating!" Winning Best Supporting Actress with ANITA, Liew Chi Yu said, "During the shoot the director, Brother Ka Tung and Cya kept discussing, peeling away the layers like they were investigating a case. I hope to have the chance to participate even more."
