THE STORM WARRIORS (FUNG WON II) two nights ago held its advanced screening. Actors Dior Cheng Yi Kin, Patrick Tam Yiu Man, Lam Suet, directors Pang Brothers and original creator Ma Wing Sing promoted the film. After a series of intense promotions, Ekin was rather satisfied with the premiere and advanced screening audience reaction. He even said that he would make time to watch it again with his girlfriend Yoyo Mung Ka Wai. Ekin said, "She is also a comic book fan, I definitely will watch with her."

Directors Oxide Pang Shun and Danny Pang Fat expressed that boss Daneil Lam Siu Ming hoped that the box office would break the Hong Kong film record. They said that these were words of encouragement and moral boosting. Of course the team would like to perform well. As for the cast looking forward to a third film, the directors said, "If this time the box office would be ideal, the next movie shouldn't have to wait another ten years." Charlene Choi Cheuk Yin would like a third film and more dramatic scenes in it for her. The directors said, "That depends on the audience mentality. Fans who watch STORM WARRIORS want fights and special effect scenes. Dramatic scenes of course can be very comfortable for us, but the audience definitely doesn't want to watch drama."

In addition Ekin in order to play Wind's possession spent four to five hours everyday for full body white special effect make up. Because the set was very hot, many workers were envious that he did not want to wear any costume. After make up though he could not move and during the shoot he could not make large movements due to post production special effect productions, only he knew how painful it was. The film company even ordered over ten sets of contact lenses that are worth US$20,000 per set for him, but the lenses truly made him suffer. Each time he could not wear them for more than 8 hours. After each shot he had to apply eye drop right away, otherwise they hurt a lot.
